Returns and Exchanges – Golden Offroad
The following guidelines apply to merchandise purchased from Golden Offroad and are valid for return scenarios up to 30 days from delivery. After this period, items are only covered under our standard limited warranty. All returned items will undergo a detailed inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Golden Offroad may charge up to a $99 restocking fee to cover associated costs such as shipping and transaction fees.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Golden Offroad will accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Contact Customer Service prior to returning any merchandise.
- All original packaging, manuals, and documentation must be included.
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Missing or damaged packaging voids the guarantee.
- Merchandise must not be damaged or altered in any way. Any modifications will void the guarantee and warranty.
- Wheels must not have been previously mounted.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Items damaged in transit without insurance void the guarantee.
- Returned wheels and tires that are undamaged and functional may be subject to a $99 restocking fee. If items show wear, damage, missing parts, or cosmetic blemishes, the cost to recondition the item will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned accessories that are undamaged and functional may be subject to a $15 restocking fee. Reconditioning fees will be deducted if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
- The refund amount will reflect the invoice total minus any applicable restocking or reconditioning fees. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged in Shipping
If your product arrives damaged from shipping, please document the damage with photos and contact our Customer Service team immediately.
Damaged by Customer
Golden Offroad does not accept returns or exchanges on items damaged by customer misuse, missing parts, or any condition that renders the item unsellable. Such cases also void any applicable warranty.
Product Purchased from Another Vendor
Only products purchased directly from Golden Offroad are eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, Golden Offroad will exchange it for the correct product listed on your order. The following conditions apply:
- Contact Customer Service before initiating a return.
- All original packaging, manuals, and documents must be included.
- Returned merchandise must be in original, undamaged packaging. Absence of packaging voids the exchange.
- Items must be unused and unaltered. Any modifications void the exchange, guarantee, and warranty.
- Golden Offroad will cover return shipping and insurance fees in cases of incorrect shipment.
